My work is full of variety. Mostly I'm responsible for ensuring that the phone and network systems in general are working. I work as part of a team and if there are any issues, we take appropriate action to rectify them, especially when the phones or email are down!

Users can have different issues with their computers each day, and the internal Helpdesk which I look after helps users from when they first start at the company by creating their network accounts and email addresses, and setting up their laptops, to resolving any problems they might experience in the future. Sometimes I'm office bound, or sometimes I'm at home or visiting our other offices statewide. It can have stressful times, but it's still fun.

Out of work, I design websites and like to be artistic. I also enjoy some form of a workout like dance/swimming or Pilates every day, and a shopping spree once in a while, and relaxing with my boyfriend.
